Order Placing Guide

  1. Select your item
  2. Click on the "add to Basket" button
  3. Check that your order is correct.

If you want to change the quantity, type in the correct quantity and then click the “Update Basket” which will then automatically update the details.

If you want to order more items, click the “Continue Shopping” button and repeat the above process.

If you want to delete an item, click on the “Remove” which is on the left of the item picture and click “Update Basket” which will then automatically update the details.

When you are happy with your choice/s, click on the “Checkout” button.


If you are an existing customer, please use your login details.

If you are a new customer, please provide details in the boxes for invoice/delivery purposes. After completion, please click on the “Continue” button.

Delivery & Invoice Information

Please check that your billing/delivery information is correct.


Please select preferred method of payment by selecting the button to the side of either “Paypal” or “Cheque”. We can also take card payments over the phone if needed.

Paypal.  For your security and convenience, we accept payment via Paypal; this is a fast and secure way to pay online. You do not need to be a registered Paypal member to use this and you can be assured that your personal details will be kept secure whilst making your payment.

Cheques.  We accept UK personal cheques.  Buyers from outside the UK please note that we do not accept cheques or money orders in any other currency other than GB Pounds Sterling £’s.

If you have any comments about your order and/or require a VAT receipt, please type them in the box provided and then select the “Continue” button.

Order Confirmation

Please read the details to ensure they are correct and then press the “Submit Order” button.  If paying by Paypal you will be automatically directed Paypal’s secure payment pages.

Your order is now being processed and you will receive an email confirmation shortly.

Cancellation of order

If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, please email us with 24hrs (prior to dispatch of the order placement) with your name and order details.
